We understand that plans change. Here's our policy for cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with fee
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund (rescheduling may be available)

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  2. Include your booking reference number
  3. We'll confirm your cancellation or new appointment

No-Shows

If you don't show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. Please let us know if you're running late.

Our Cancellations

In the rare event we need to cancel your appointment, you'll receive a full refund and priority rebooking.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
